Officers assisted the Clearfield Borough Police Department in locating a possible suspect in a retail theft at a downtown business. Police located the male suspect and initiated an investigation, which allegedly revealed drug paraphernalia. The suspect was on probation and transported to the Clearfield County Jail. Drug-related charges are currently pending against the man.
Police responded to the McDonald’s restaurant along state Route 879 for a female who was intoxicated and locked herself in the restroom. The 21-year-old Brookville female was placed in the Clearfield County Jail for public drunkenness.
