Deloris M. “Dee” Bailor 75, of Oshanter Clearfield RD passed away Feb. 9, 2011 at her residence after a lengthy illness.
Born Sept. 13, 1935 in Oshanter she was the daughter of Harry Clair and Rachel (Zeigler) Rowles. She was Methodist by faith. She was a homemaker and also worked at Kents Sportswear.
On Dec. 6, 1955 in Clearfield she wed James “Jim” Bailor who survives along with 5 children James Bailor Jr. and his wife Tammy of NC, Leslie Bailor of Oshanter, Patricia Boal of NC, John Bailor and his companion Doreen of Curwensville, and Sandy Maines and her husband Ron of Osceola Mills, 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, brother John Wayne Rowles and his wife Kate of OH, and a sister Geraldine Hamilton of Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson Steven Lines, Brothers George, Harvey, Donald, Ronald, Robert, and Clair Rowles Jr. Sisters Twila McEwen, Marie Sloppy, Gertrude Thorn, and Mildred Lewis.
Services for Mrs. Bailor will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville on Feb. 13 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend David Hamilton officiating. Interment will be held in the Thompson Cemetery in Glen Richey.
Friends will be received at the Funeral Home on Feb. 13 from Noon till the time of services at 3 p.m.
