Police Reports: Philipsburg PSP

Police are investigating a sexual assault that occurred on Allegheny Street, Houston Township, Centre County during the summer of 2008 and the summer of 2009. A 13-year-old girl was touched improperly by a known man.
Police investigated a two vehicle accident on state Route 504 and North 9th Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 29-year-old man from Philipsburg was traveling East on SR 504 and was traveling too fast. He was unable to stop before striking a vehicle driven by a 21 year old woman from Philipsburg who was stopped on SR 504 and was waiting to turn onto North 9th Street. The woman was transported to the Mt. Nittany Medical Center by private vehicle. Police were assisted by Reliance Fire Department, Moshannon Valley EMS, and Verost Towing.
