Police Reports: Clearfield PSP

A 46-year-old Brisbin man is facing charges of assault- harassment for shoving an11-year-old child into a corner and putting his forearm against her throat when he became mad at her. The charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins’ office in Houtzdale.
Police investigated a two vehicle accident on US Route 322 near Shady Lane, Boggs Township on Monday at 9:48 a.m. A vehicle driven by a 41 year old man from Bellevue was traveling West on US Route 322 and struck the rear another vehicle driven by a 25 year old woman from Philipsburg who was also traveling West on US Route 322 and making a left turn. There were no injuries.
