Police Report: Clearfield Borough

A wallet containing cash was turned into police.
Alvin Lee Houdshell, 25, of Clearfield was sentenced by Magistrate Richard Ireland to 60 days incarceration at the Clearfield County Jail for driving under suspension/DUI related. Houdeshell was stopped for a traffic violation by police on Oct. 2.
Charges were filed at Magistrate Richard Ireland’s office on Thomas Wallace, 42, of Clearfield for DUI while operating a commercial vehicle and aggravated assault while DUI. The charges stem from motor vehicle accident on Oct. 10.
Police were called to an East Locust Street address fro a report of trespass. Police located a male that was not to be in the residence. The male was removed.
Police were called to Clearfield Street for a single-vehicle accident. On scene, police stated a vehicle struck a retaining wall, and the driver fled the scene. The vehicle was removed by a towing service and the identity of the driver was discovered by police. The investigation continues.
