CLEARFIELD – Residents in Lawrence Township will soon have different services for code enforcement and builing permit issues.
On Tuesday the Lawrence Township Supervisors accepted the resignation of Code Enforcement Officer Zach Lawhead, effective Jan. 1, 2011. With Lawhead’s resignation, the township will look to hire a part-time code enforcement officer to handle property maintenance and zoning issues, while a professional company will be hired to handle Uniform Construction Code issues.
