A 59-year-old man was arrested for DUI after being in an accident on US Route 322 near Strawband Beaver Road in Rush Township. The man was traveling West on US Route 322 in the passing lane when he drifted off the left side of the roadway and struck a traffic control sign. He abruptly steered to the right and lost control of his vehicle driving into the ditch along the right side of the roadway. His vehicle received minor damage.
