Police Reports: Clearfield PSP

A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle Sunday between 7:40 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. while walking along Old Route 322 in Decatur Township. A pickup truck struck a 31-year-old man from Philipsburg and continued traveling East into Philipsburg.
Three people received minor injuries in a two vehicle accident on Old Route 322 in Decatur Township Sunday at 9:05 p.m. A vehicle being operated by a 24 year old man from Philipsburg was traveling West on Old Route 322 when he traveled into the East Bound lane striking a vehicle being driven by a 21 year-old-woman who was traveling Eastbound. The woman, her passenger, and an infant in her vehicle received minor injuries. The man and his passenger were not injured.
Police are investigating the theft of fuel from the Fuel-On in Houtzdale Borough. A blue passenger car pumped gas then fled the scene without paying Sunday at 5:28 p.m.
