Police Report: Clearfield PSP

Police reported an incident of harassment at 12:30 a.m. Sunday at the Slovak Club in Osceola Mills Borough, Clearfield County. A 48-year-old Osceola Mills man allegedly punched a 44-year-old Philipsburg woman in the mouth. Charges are currently pending further investigation.
