Police Reports: Philipsburg PSP

Police cited a 47 year old woman from Woodland for retail theft. The woman stole merchandise from Grattan’s Pharmacy in Philipsburg Borough on Friday.
Police cited a 21 year woman from Philipsburg Borough for retail theft. The woman stole a twenty dollar craft item from Bock’s Tea and Dining room in Philipsburg Borough.
Police are investigating an act of criminal mischief on Moshannon St. in Rush Township. The windshield of a mini van owned by of a 35 year old man was damaged with a blunt object.
Police investigated a single vehicle accident on SR0322 near Hannah Furnace Road, in Rush Township. The vehicle was traveling West on SR322 when the driver reached down to change music on his i-pod. He drove off the roadway-to the right- on the North side of the roadway, steered his vehicle back onto the roadway, then lost control of his vehicle. His vehicle spun 360 degrees on the roadway and traveled into a ditch and flipped over onto it’s passenger side. The driver was not injured.
