Police Reports: DuBois PSP

Two people were injured in a two vehicle accident on SR153 near Laurel Ridge Road on Saturday at 10:30 am. A 65 year old man was traveling South on SR153 when he lost control of his vehicle. He slid across the yellow line into the path of a 31 year old man. Two passengers in the 31 year old man’s vehicle received minor injuries. Police were assisted at the scene by Bennett’s Valley Ambulance, Penfield Fire Company, and Bricen Towing.
Police investigated a single vehicle accident on North Continental Drive near Dixon Road in Union Towwnship. A 38 year old man from Punxsutawney was traveling North on Continental Drive when he lost control of his vehicle on an ice patch. The vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was not injured.
