Fifteen members and friends of the Clearfield Woman’s Club decorated Christmas trees at the Shaw Library Saturday. Present were: (kneeling, front row) Linnie Potter, Barbara Linsenbigler, Michele Fannin, Betty Buckell, Emmy Lou and Dennis Accordino and (standing) Kathy Shugerts, Charles Zitzelberger, Jeanne Urban, Pam Carns, Sherry Wills and Flo Lutz. Absent from the photo were Betsy Long, Ann Wood and Nancy Yeager.
The club will collect cleaning and laundry supplies and toiletries for the Soap Suds Closet and non-perishable food items for the Clearfield community food bank until January 8, 2011. Donations can be placed under the “Charlie Brown tree” in the juvenile section of the library.
