Police investigated an accident involving a school bus that occurred on Oct. 18. The vehicle, operated by Tamela Hutchins of Reynoldsville, was traveling west on state Route 2027 in Winslow Township. Hutchins lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway and struck a large tree. Hutchins and six students from CG Johnson Elementary School were taken by Reynoldsville, Sykesville and DuBois emergency medical services to DRMC. Police were assisted by Reynoldsville Police Department and the Reynoldsvile Fire and Rescue.
A known suspect allegedly forced entry into a warehouse at Home Town Building Supply and removed $1,000 worth of cabinetry.
