Police reported an incident of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 7 p.m. Tuesday on Decatur Hill Road in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. A known 18-year-old Philipsburg man allegedly took a red, 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, which belonged to a 43-year-old Philipsburg man, without permission. The investigation continues at this time.
