CLEARFIELD – A possible ordinance governing the appearance of buildings in the Downtown Clearfield district may be in the works.
At Thursday night’s Clearfield Borough Council committees meetings, Clearfield Borough Operations Manager Leslie Stott said the issue is one of concern for the Clearfield Revitalization Corporation. The issue, according to Stott, is one mainly concerning facades and the materials used on buildings. After the meeting, she the idea was mostly to keep buildings in line with the traditional historic look of Downtown Clearfield.
The issue was passed on to the Clearfield Borough Planning Commission.
