CLEARFIELD – Members of Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library’s Story Time and Toddler Time classes participated in a special event featuring members of the Clearfield Fire Department and the Clearfield Borough Police. Fire Chief Mike Mayersky and Officer Nathan Curry along with Clearfield Borough Operations Manager Leslie Stott visited the library to talk with the children about fire safety as part of the library’s Let’s Discover! story sessions and Fire Safety Month. The participating children and their families toured the fire truck and police car.
