BRADFORD – The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal at the Ridgway barracks, the Bradford City Fire and Police Departments will continue the investigation into a late Saturday morning fire on Summer Street that they have ruled arson.
According to the Kane State Police, there has been an investigation into the origin and cause of the fire that damaged an unoccupied, two-story wooden structure. They said the fire originated on the outside and to the rear of the residential building.
Police said that two known Bradford male juveniles were allegedly found to be responsible for intentionally igniting the fire. They said that “quick action” by a “concerned neighbor” limited the damage to the structure.
No injuries were reported.
