UNIVERSITY PARK – The Penn State College Democrats are sponsoring a visit by Vice President Joe Biden on Sept. 28. The exact location of the rally has not yet been finalized. Doors open at noon for the Moving America Forward Rally, which starts at 1:30 p.m. The rally is part of a push by Democrats to excite young voters as the November election nears.
The rally is free and open to the public. For security reasons, attendees are asked to avoid bringing bags to the event. No tickets are required, and admittance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
