– Police reported an incident of harassment at approximately 9 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Front Street and Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A known male juvenile arrived and found a 16-year-old male juvenile in a vehicle. The suspect allegedly reached in and punched him several times. Charges are currently pending at this time.
– Police reported an incident of found marijuana at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 8 in the alley between Third and Fourth Streets in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A local resident found a small bag, which contained a green, leafy substance and believed it was marijuana. As a result, they notified the state police who dispatched a trooper to the scene. Following a field test, the substance came up positive for marijuana.
