Police Report: CBPD

Police responded to a domestic on South Fifth Street. Walter Vega Jr. was arrested on charges of assault and harassment. He was arraigned and placed in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Police responded to a domestic on Turnpike Avenue. A husband and wife got into an argument that turned physical when the wife assaulted the husband. The husband declined pressing charges and officers stood by until he left the residence.
Police are reminding motorists that school is in session and to use caution due to students and school buses making frequent stops.
