HUNTINGDON — The Clearfield girl’s tennis team lost a close league match up versus Huntingdon on Thursday 4-3 to drop to 0-6 on the year.
Clearfield managed to win the number one singles match and then swept the two doubles matches to earn their highest score of the season thus far.
Suzie Colesar won 6-4, 7-6 over Huntingdon’s Kaitlyn Gibboney.
The number one doubles team, Colesar and Sierra Grice, won 8-4 against Gibboney and Aaren Sellers. Clearfield’s second doubles team of Jessica Roussey and Hillary Buck also won their match 8-4.Â
Clearfield will next be in action on Monday when they take on Brockway in non-league road action.
