Brett M. Martin, age 38, of Madera passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2010.
Born October 10. 1971 he was the son of the late Lynn K. Martin.
He was of the United Methodist faith and worked at the Mt. Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
On March 22, 2003 he wed Tammy J. Dixon who survives at home.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Brittany N. Martin of Houtzdale, Courtney R. Martin of Madera; two sons, Curtis D. Phillipsof Houtzdale, Sawn M. Martin of Madera; a brother, Stephen W. Martin of Raleigh, NC and a niece and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills with the Pastor Ann Fyoek officiating. Friends will be received on Friday at 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
