Police Report: PSP CLFD

Police are investigating an incident of fleeing and eluding that took place on Empire Road in Hawk Run, Morris Township. A 15-year old boy was driving an ATV on the road and was causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Police witnessed the boy driving the ATV and when he was told to stop he fled the scene. Police were able to identify the boy and the appropriate charges have been filed through the Clearfield County Juvenile Probation Department.
