- Police report an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at a location on Chestnut Grove Highway in Bloom Township. Siding was reported as damaged by a ball bearing.
- Police report an incident of disorderly conduct that occurred on Aug. 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Willar’s Market in the Falls Creek Borough. The incident occurred as man had a verbal dispute with an employee of Willar’s Market and left the store. He later returned to the store and stood in a long line of customers to purchase a bottle of soda. The accused drank the soda while in line and then threw the empty bottle down onto the counter, throwing three dollars on the counter and leaving the store. The accused was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Police report another incident of disorderly conduct that occurred on Aug. 6 at 8:19 p.m. in the yard of a residence along Bollinger Road, near the intersection with state Route 310 in Winslow Township. The incident occurred as man began yelling, screaming and shouting, disturbing nearby neighbors while outside in his neighbor’s yard after police had spoken to him regarding the previous incident. The accused was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Police report a crash that occurred on Aug. 7 at 8:30 p.m. on Interstate 80 in Brookville. The crash occurred as Ashley Henderson was traveling east on Interstate 80. Henderson momentarily took her eyes off the road to adjust the radio and her vehicle ran partially off of the north edge of I-80. She attempted to bring the vehicle back onto the roadway and in doing so over steered, subsequently losing control. The vehicle rotated clockwise approximately 90 degrees while sliding in a southeasterly direction across Interstate 80 and then slid off the south side and impacted the guide rail. Henderson was not injured in the crash.
- Police report an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle that occurred on Aug. 4 at 3:30 p.m. on Gregg Road in Polk Township. The known suspect took the victims vehicle to follow his estranged wife. The suspect then entered into the victim’s residence after being told not to enter the residence and a physical altercation took place to remove the suspect from the residence.
