Police Report: PSP Philipsburg

Police are investigating an incident of bad check writing that occurred at Four North Centre Street. A known person attempted to pay for a sewage bill but did not have sufficient funds in the account to pay the bill.
Police are investigating an incident of alleged indecent assault. The Pennsylvania State Police in Philipsburg were contacted by Centre County Children and Youth Services regarding a report they received alleging a possible sexual assault. It was alleged that a 5-year old girl may have been inappropriately touched by a person known to her sometime between July 25 and July 31.
