Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an incident of underage drinking at approximately 4:19 a.m. Wednesday in Horton Township, Elk County. A known DuBois male was reportedly walking in the middle of state Route 219 near Howard Road. At arrival, he was reportedly found to be intoxicated. The investigation is ongoing at this time. Charges will be filed through district court.
