Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 10 p.m. on Saturday and 6 a.m. Sunday in Kylertown. A 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier Coupe, which was in the parking lot of the Kylertown Truck Stop, sustained damages to its hood and front bumper. Damage has been estimated at $300. Unknown suspect(s) damaged the vehicle by unknown means and fled the scene undetected. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact police at 814-857-3800.
Police reported a two-vehicle accident that occurred at 8:43 p.m. Friday in Bradford Township. A Chevrolet Cavalier was traveling east on United States Route 322 and was attempting to make a left turn onto state Route 970 from the turning lane.  The operator did not observe another vehicle and made a left turn into the path of a Jeep Liberty. The Jeep then struck the right side of the Cavalier with its left front end. The Cavalier spun around 180 degrees and came to rest; facing south in the intersection of USR 322 and SR 970. The Jeep came to rest facing north in the westbound lane of USR 322. The driver of the Cavalier and two passengers in the Jeep received injuries of unknown severity while the driver of the Jeep was not injured. The operator of the Cavalier will be cited for vehicle turning left.

Police responded to an incident of public drunkenness that occurred at 1:55 a.m. Sunday in the Curwensville Borough. The incident occurred as the accused was found passed out drunk, lying in the middle of the alley beside the American Legion.  The accused was arrested for public drunkenness and released.
