Clearfield County Career and Technology Center’s Outstanding Student for 2010 is Dawn Irey, a health occupations graduate from West Branch Area School District. Dawn gave the address to her graduating class during graduation ceremonies in June. In addition, Dawn was a recipient of a $400 scholarship from the American Red Cross. The American Red Cross generously donated $1000 to the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center students for their part in hosting three bloodmobiles during the 2009-2010 school year.
