Julia Ann C. Gelnett, age 64 of Holly Drive in Falls Creek, PA died on June 17, 2010 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.Â
She was born on Dec. 5, 1945 in DuBois, PA. She was the daughter of Andrew and Anna (Blazies) Fyda.
On Nov. 26, 1965, she married Howard W. Gelnett. He preceded her in death on June 3, 2006.
She retired from the Brockway Glass Co. after 35 years of service.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her garden and around her house.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William E. (Bunny Lee) Thompson, Sr. of Portland, OR and Ms. Kathy Kaylene Walsh of Ellicott City, MD, and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be on June 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on June 21 at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Sherwood officiating.
Burial will be in Rockton Cemetery.
