Police Report: PSP Ridgway

A two-vehicle accident occurred along state Route 3002 at its intersection with Ridgway Drive. Ralph J. Tettis, 17 of Ridgway, was stopped on West Main Street to make a right hand turn onto Ridgway Drive when he was hit by a 1997 Ford Explorer driven by James Newlon, 54 of Ridgway. The Ford Explorer hit the rear end of the 1998 Ford Explorer of Tettis. Newlon’s Explorer was severely damaged and had to be towed from the scene as a result. The 1998 Explorer received major damage as a result.
