Annabelle L. Mraz, 97 of Clearfield died on June 12, 2010 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on June 11, 1913 in Frenchville, a daughter of the late Aime and Nettie (Coudriet) Hugney.
Mrs. Mraz was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield, where she served as a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
She is survived by three children:
Beatrice Kachik and husband Ben Clarence
Annette Renaud Clearfield
Joyce Paladino and husband Samuel LaPlata, MD
Ten grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren:
A sister:
Lena Gormont and husband Louis Frenchville
And numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Mraz on March 7, 1997 and whom she wed on June 19, 1934 in Clearfield, three brothers Cornelius, Ferd, and A. Sylverius Hugney, and three sisters Helena Magnuson, Mary Jane Mizwa and Lavena Hughney.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Msgr. Henry L. Krebs as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Saint Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Frenchville.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Monday from 6-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9-9:30 a.m.
At the funeral home on Monday, the Rosary will be said at 5:45 p.m. and a Christian Vigil Service will be held at 7:45 p.m.
