Phyllis J. McDonald, age 73 of East Long Ave., DuBois, Pa died on May 21, 2010 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Born on April 21, 1937 in Brockport, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Leona (Bauer) Gustafson.
She was a homemaker and had previously worked at the Brockway Glass Co. for 18 years.
She was affiliated with the Smithtown Community Church. She enjoyed taking rides in the country and spending time with her family.
She is survived by a son (Rick Lindemuth and his wife Mary of Falls Creek, PA) a daughter (Mrs. Mickel (Pamela) Silvis of Falls Creek, PA) 3 sisters (Lillian Keister of Brockway, PA, DeAnna Biss of Brockway, PA, and Marlene Klingensmith of Rochester, MI) 3 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters, a daughter (Deborah Pierce) and a granddaughter.
A Private viewing and funeral service will be held on May 26 from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Hills officiating.
Burial will follow in the Brockport Cemetery.
Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor’s choice.
