LeRoy Wayne Thomas, 73 formerly of Clearfield and most recently of Brackenridge died on May 21, 2010 at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.
He was born on Feb. 14, 1937 in New Florence, a son of the late John and Genevieve (Schloder) Thomas.
Mr. Thomas retired from C. Classic Dodge after 20 years of employment as a car salesman. He had also been a salesman at Ross Buick and an insurance salesman for Prudential and Nationwide Insurance Companies.
He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Clearfield and the Clearfield Sons of Italy Lodge #189.
Mr. Thomas served with the US Marines.
He is survived by his wife, Betty (Rauch) Thomas, whom he wed July 5, 1958 in Trinity United Methodist Church,

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy Cole-Lumley.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Robert L. Rupp officiating. Interment will be private in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4Â and 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from Noon – 1:00 p.m.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 26 S. Second Street, Clearfield.
