– Police reported a Megan’s Law violation that occurred between 12:01 a.m. April 26 and 12 a.m. Saturday in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. A known 34-year-old Philipsburg male failed to report to the Pennsylvania State Police in order to complete his annual registration. The incident is under investigation.
– Police reported an incident of disorderly conduct at 12:48 p.m. Saturday in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A 29-year-old Morrisdale male made unreasonable noise and used obscene language in the area of a a 54-year-old Morrisdale male at a Church Street location. Charges were filed against the accused through the district court.
– Police reported an incident of retail theft at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the Houtzdale Wines & Spirits store. An unknown female arrived at the store. Once at the scene, she took a pint of Crown Royal, which is valued at $12.99. She ran out of the store without paying for the same. Troopers have described the suspect as a 21-year-old white female who stands about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. The incident is still under investigation.
– Police reported an incident of simple assault/harassment at 7:15 p.m. Sunday in Curwensville Borough, Clearfield County. A 32-year-old Curwensville woman assaulted a 31-year-old Curwensville man, when she bit his arm and scratched his neck. Troopers indicated she was on probation and placed in the Clearfield County Jail on a violation of the same. She has not yet been arraigned and will be at a later date.
