- A two-vehicle accident was reported by the state police in Philipsburg. Joshua R. Dreibelbis, 19 of Port Matilda, was stopped on state Route 550 waiting to turn left onto Smith Road. Another vehicle was traveling behind him and passed on the right. Dreibelbis was startled by the vehicle passing on the right and turned left into Thomas Hassinger, 59 of Philipsburg, hitting the right side of Hassinger’s GMC Sierra. No injuries were reported.
