– Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime from 1 – 2 p.m. Thursday in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 73-year-old Philipsburg man parked his vehicle, a 2006 Honda Ridgeline truck, near East Pine Street. He left the area and returned to his residence, where he later noticed his vehicle was damaged by a key. Troopers indicated the damage was in the area of the front bumper. A person(s) arrived at a Logan Street residence. Once there, they proceeded to write graffiti in red lip stick on the door of a known 45-year-old woman’s residence. The person(s) then fled the scene.
