– Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at 12:58 a.m. Sunday in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. A 47-year-old Jersey Shore man was stopped along Interstate 80 at mile marker 122. He was reportedly driving west in the eastbound lane. Troopers determined he was under the influence of alcohol and subsequently placed him under arrest for DUI. Charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella’s office in Kylertown.
– Police reported theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:45 a.m. Sunday in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) gained unlawful entry to a 35-year-old Morrisdale woman’s vehicle as a result of an unsecured driver’s side door. Once inside the vehicle, they located the woman’s wallet, which contained $460, and removed the same. The incident is still under investigation.
– Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 5:30 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday in Houtzdale Borough, Clearfield County. A person(s) poured blue and black ink all over a 43-year-old Houtzdale woman’s 2006 Mercury Mountaineer, while it was parked at a Good Street address. Damage is estimated at $400. The incident is still under investigation.
– Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime from 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. April 6 in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield County. A person(s) damaged a door jam at an Elm Street address. Damage is estimated at $100.
– Police reported an incident of public drunkenness that occurred sometime from 1:30 – 1:57 a.m. Saturday at the Curwensville Uni-Mart. A 23-year-old Grampian man was reportedly intoxicated at the store. At arrival, troopers discovered he was harassing the cashier. They also indicated he had allegedly stole items from the score. He was charged with public drunkenness, harassment and retail theft.
– Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at approximately 12:45 a.m. Saturday in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A 29-year-old Kylertown woman was found under the influence of alcohol during a routine traffic stop. Charges are currently pending through Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella’s office.
