Charles A. Lines, 48 of Philipsburg, passed away on April 5, 2010 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born July 25, 1961 in Clearfield, he was the son of the late Harry & Barbara (Cowder) Lines.
On April 25, 1998 in Hyde he married Branda (Wormuth) Lines, who survives at home.
He is survived by sons Craig Lines and his girlfriend Brittany of Munson and Christopher Gearhart of Spring Valley; siblings Delphine Jordan of Hyde, Gretchen Witherow and her husband Link of Olanta, and Ed Lines and his wife Barb of Curwensville and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents: Wilbur & Margaret Lines and maternal grandfather: Carrol Cowder, and a niece.
He was a driller at Douglas Explosives.
He was of the Baptist Faith.
He was a volunteer of the Clearfield Fire Dept.
Funeral Service will be held at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, PA on April 10 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles Jury officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on April 9 from 5 until 9 p.m.
