Police Report: Clearfield PSP

Police reported an incident of burglary that occurred sometime between 2 – 5 p.m. Monday in Pike Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) entered a Bailey Road residence and removed gold jewelry and old silver coins. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearfield State Police at 814-857-3800.
A Karthaus woman was traveling west on state Route 879 in Karthaus Township. Terry Sheetz of Frenchville was traveling east. The Karthaus woman failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the intersection, striking the front end of Sheetz’s vehicle. Both drivers were transported to Clearfield Hospital for treatment; the woman suffered moderate injuries and Sheetz suffered minor injuries.
