Janet L. Logan, age 78, of Circle Drive in DuBois, PA died on March 29 at the DuBois Nursing Home.
She was born on June 29, 1931 in Clearfield, PA. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Pearl (Black) Mullen.
In July of 1986, she married Chester Logan. He preceded her in death in August of 2007.
She worked at Wal-Mart in DuBois, PA. Previous to that, she was a 911 Dispatcher for the City of DuBois Police and Fire Departments for 33 years.
She enjoyed sewing and knitting. She loved to camp, boat and fish. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
She is survived by three children:Â Gary L. Rowles and his wife, Faye of Reynoldsville, PA, Linda L. Bertiaux and her husband, David of Sacramento, CA, and Kenneth E. Rowles, Jr. and his wife Pamela of Clearfield, PA, a sister, Gertrude Mitchell of Glenn Richey, PA, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one granddaughter, Terry Rowles, one brother, Alfred Mullen, one sister, Betty Lou Pry, and an infant sister.
Visitation will be held on March 31 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held on April 1 at 11 a.m. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Zilhaver officiating.
Burial will be in Bloomington Cemetery in Clearfield County.
