Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred sometime from 2:15 – 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 26-year-old Philipsburg man corned the victim, a 22-year-old Philipsburg woman, in an upstairs bedroom at their residence. He then allegedly struck the victim in the face and grabbed her by her throat and arm. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result. The man was issued a non-traffic citation for harassment.
