Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at on Moshannon St. in Philipsburg Borough. An 18-year-old man reported that someone threw numerous eggs at the front of his residence and then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident call 814-342-3370.
Police are investigating an incident of theft from a motor vehicle. Michael L. Maines, 23 of Philipsburg, reported to police that someone entered his green Pontiac Grand AM and removed a wallet that contained cash, a debit card, and other identification cards. The person then fled the scene. Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call 814-342-3370. They are also reminding residents to keep their vehicles locked at night to prevent theft.
Police are reporting a small amount of money in the public restroom of the Pennsylvania State Police Philipsburg station. The owner may claim the money by contacting the police.
