– Police reported an incident of harassment by communications that occurred sometime between 5:09 pm. Saturday and 12:43 a.m. Sunday in Ridgway Township, Elk County. A DuBois man allegedly called and sent text messages to a 44-year-old Ridgway woman several times. In doing so, troopers said he was reportedly making threats to her. The incident is still under investigation.
 – Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at 2:10 a.m. Sunday in Ridgway Township, Elk County. A 56-year-old Ridgway man was stopped for traffic violations along West Main Street. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was also found in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges are currently pending laboratory test results. The incident is still under investigation at this time.
 – Police reported a two-vehicle accident along state Route 255 at 5:45 p.m. Saturday in Fox Township, Elk County. An 85-year-old St. Marys man was traveling south, while a vehicle driven by a 50-year-old Weedville man was traveling north. The St. Marys man lost control of his vehicle due to the icy road conditions. His vehicle crossed into the northbound lane and was struck by the Weedville man’s vehicle. Minor to moderate injuries were reported as a result. Police were assisted at the scene by Fox Township Ambulance and Volunteer Fire Department and the St. Marys Ambulance. Charges are currently pending further investigation.
