State Police in Philipsburg reported an incident of disorderly conduct that occurred at the Philipsburg-Osceola Junior High School. According to police the incident occurred during lunch when several girls who were sitting together at a table became involved in a verbal altercation with another girl who said she would bring a knife to school and stab one of the group if they did not stop harassing her.
School officials were alerted to the incident, then contacted police and took the appopriate action at the school level.
