CLEARFIELD – On Thursday Clearfield Borough Council approved a request involving a parking study.
Clearfield Borough Council approved the closing of Locust Street, from Second to Third Street, from Feb. 22 through Feb. 24. The closure will result in a preliminary parking review at the request of Downtown Park and Shop.
The issue was discussed at last week’s committees meetings. At that meeting council member Fred Wisor expressed concern for business owners and how the temporary closure might affect them.
