CLEARFIELD – The CRC is holding a free workshop for those merchants interested in façade improvements on Feb. 3 from 5-7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Westminster Hall.
All contractors and trade’s people who are interested in attending, please RSVP to the Main Street manager by Feb. 1 so the CRC can reserve a table for you. This is a wonderful networking opportunity for trade’s people to make contacts with the individuals who may need their services during the storefront improvement process.
All business owners, landlords or employees interested in applying for the Façade Improvement Grant is strongly encouraged to come, as well. The CRC has set guidelines for improvements to storefronts, and it’s very important to understand these guidelines when you’re deciding your building improvements. The workshop will allow you to get answer your questions right on the spot, making the application process much easier and faster. If you do not have an application, they will be available for you to pick up at the workshop.
Following the workshop, you’ll have three weeks to get your façade application in; due date is Feb. 24. Applications can either be dropped off at the Main Street Manager’s office or mailed to:
