CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Hospital will host an adult H1N1/seasonal flu shot clinic on Dec. 29, in the ground floor of the Medical Arts Building, Clearfield Hospital.
The H1N1 vaccine will be provided to any adult who wants it; there are no restrictions.
The time is from 2-6 p.m. There is no charge for the H1N1 immunization. The seasonal vaccine is $20 or can be billed to Medicare.
