CLEARFIELD – In January Clearfield Borough will have a new fire chief.
Todd Kling, the chief of the Clearfield Borough Fire Department, announced at Thursday night’s Clearfield Borough Council meeting it would be his last as the fire chief. As of Jan. 6 it will be Mike Mayersky; who holds that position.
Kling said he would be stepping down to be a captain.
Clearfield Borough Operations Manager Leslie Stott said of Kling, “We certainly have enjoyed working with you as the fire chief.”
