Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
In food processor puree 1 cup of light mayonnaise, ¾ cup of drained (jarred) roasted red peppers, ½ tsp of white wine vinegar, and 1/8 tsp of ground pepper.
Refrigerate, covered until ready to serve.
