Dear Fellow Bradford Township Resident,
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michael Millinder, resident of Bradford Township. My wife is the former Sheila Picard. We have three daughters and two sons. We both were born and raised in Clearfield County and have resided in Bradford Township since 2006. I have a desire for a positive change in Bradford Township. I urge citizens looking for positive improvements with township procedures and policies to get out and exercise their vote and let their voice be heard. I bring strong work ethics, fresh ideas and positive solutions to Bradford Township along with an understanding that we work to maintain this entity for you, the community. I am running for township supervisor as a write-in this November.
I believe I am a strong candidate for Bradford Township Supervisor. My skills and experience have made me suitable for the position. I am determined, goal and family oriented, financially minded and dependable.
I currently work in the oil and gas industry as a land agent. I spent 12 years as a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a heavy equipment mechanic. I am a journeyman member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. I have a commercial driver’s license and have hauled aggregates, lime and coal, along with the mining of such. I was a purchasing agent and safety coordinator for a chemical company and have owned my own business.
I am currently a Pennsylvania notary and member of the National Notary Association. In the past I’ve trained and held certificates in hazardous response clean-up, firefighting, defensive driving, OSHA safety, MSHA safety, hazardous material labeling and shipping and welding training.
I want to thank you in advance for you encouragement and support. I look forward to seeing you at the polls.
Michael D. Millinder
